Q: What counts as square footage?
Finished, heated living space — the number on the MLS listing. Garages, unfinished basements, attics and outbuildings aren't counted, so a 3,200 sq ft house with a finished basement usually prices in the 3,001–4,000 band.
Q: How far ahead do I need to book?
Most weeks we can shoot within 48 hours of booking. Spring and early summer fill up faster — if you have a listing going live on a particular date, tell us and we'll hold the slot.
Q: When do I get the photos?
The edited gallery lands in your inbox by 9 a.m. the morning after the shoot. Rush delivery moves that to 8 a.m., which matters if you're going live the same day.
Q: What happens if the weather turns?
Twilight exteriors and anything shot from the air depend on conditions. If we can't get the shot we re-book that portion at no extra cost — you're never charged twice for the same coverage.
Q: Can I add something after I've booked?
Yes, up to 24 hours before the shoot. Virtual staging and virtual renovation can be added any time after delivery, since they're done from the photographs.
Q: Do you shoot outside Rhode Island?
Across Rhode Island and the East Bay as standard, plus nearby Massachusetts. Anything beyond about 30 miles from Pawtucket carries a travel fee, quoted up front.
Q: How does payment work?
We invoice on delivery — no deposit and nothing due at booking. Brokerages shooting regularly can be set up on monthly billing instead.
